November 2009 -

The Nashua Bar Association, and over sixty Nashua lawyers and jurists, honored Robert B. Welts with its Lifetime Achievement Award at the Nashua Country Club. Click here for the announcement.

August 2009 -

WWF attorneys are not only successful in getting the verdict for their clients in NH trial courts, but our attorneys have also excelled on the appellate level before the NH Supreme Court.

Attorneys Michael Fontaine and Lisa Biron have recently brought a successful appeal in the NH Supreme Court where they were able to get a trial court’s decision reversed. This successful appeal resulted in their client getting the child support award she rightfully deserved and setting new precedent in New Hampshire.
