May 2010 -

Michael  J. Fontaine, partner at the law firm of Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. was recently voted in to be Co-Clerk of Family Law Division of the New Hampshire Bar Association.  Attorney Fontaine focuses a substantial portion of his practice representing clients in various types of family law matters.  Michael has practiced in the family law area for over 20 years.  Michael is also supported by skilled staff who have substantial experience in family law matters.

August 2009 -

WWF attorneys are not only successful in getting the verdict for their clients in NH trial courts, but our attorneys have also excelled on the appellate level before the NH Supreme Court.

Attorneys Michael Fontaine and Lisa Biron have recently brought a successful appeal in the NH Supreme Court where they were able to get a trial court’s decision reversed. This successful appeal resulted in their client getting the child support award she rightfully deserved and setting new precedent in New Hampshire.
