Paul L. Apple, Esquire Email: papple@lawyersnh.com Paul Apple has practiced law in New Hampshire for over 15 years, representing individuals, businesses, school districts, and towns. Paul’s primary areas of practice include assisting private and public employers with labor and employment issues, including their responsibilities under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has also negotiated collective bargaining agreements, on behalf of management, and represented towns and school districts at their annual meetings. Paul has also tried numerous civil cases involving divorce, parental rights terminations, construction and contract/business disputes at every level of the New Hampshire court system. Paul graduated from Colby College, magna cum laude, and received his law degree from the University of Kentucky. He lives in Mont Vernon with his wife and 3 children and sits on the Mont Vernon Select Board. He just completed a 2 year term as congregation president at Messiah Lutheran Church in Amherst.
