Robert B. Welts is a Director and Shareholder of Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. Bob founded the firm in 1978 and celebrated 50 years of law practice in July of 2007. Bob’s primary practice areas include real estate & land use law, zoning, probate, and estate planning. Bob is a member of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations and past president of the Nashua Bar Association. Attorney Welts is experienced in local real estate matters, and is a former Chairman of the Nashua Zoning Board of Adjustment. He is also a former member of the Nashua Board of Alderman. Bob earned a B.S. degree, cum laude, and J.D. from Boston College and an LL.M. in taxation Boston University.

Bob is an avid runner and is a member of the Gate City Striders.  In 2005 and 2007 he participated in the Senior Olympics in both the road racing and track and field divisions.
