Jack S. White joined the firm in 1980, and is a shareholder and managing partner of Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C.  Jack’s primary practice areas include personal injury, civil/commercial litigation, family law, and tax abatement.  Jack has extensive civil trial and appellate experience, and he has sat on numerous arbitration panels.  He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and Vermont Bar Associations, President Elect of the Nashua Bar, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the American Association for Justice.  Jack has also served on various New Hampshire and Nashua Bar Association committees, including Fee Dispute Resolution Committee and the Committee on Cooperation with Courts.  He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University and his J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law, where he was managing editor for the law review.  After graduation, Jack was appointed to serve as law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Larrow, Associate Justice, Vermont Supreme Court, from 1979 - 1980.  He is admitted in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Jack is an instrument rated pilot and flies a twin engine airplane. He coaches the Hollis/Brookline High School Junior Varsity and the Senior Babe Ruth baseball teams.
