The New Hampshire Bar Association’s Foreclosure Relief Project, in collaboration with the New Hampshire Association for Justice, recently held a full-day Litigation Seminar in Concord, NH. The program included presentations on all aspects of the litigation process, from settlement talks to trial strategies, through the lens of foreclosure proceedings.
