The New Hampshire Bar Association’s Foreclosure Relief Project, in collaboration with the New Hampshire Association for Justice, recently held a full-day Litigation Seminar in Concord, NH. The program included presentations on all aspects of the litigation process, from settlement talks to trial strategies, through the lens of foreclosure proceedings. Welts, White & Fontaine managing partner Jack S. White was one of the Seminar’s presenters, for which attendees received Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit.
