Jack joined Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. in 1980 and was a shareholder for 40 years. In 2023, he became senior counsel to the firm.

Jack’s primary practice areas are civil/commercial litigation, personal injury, construction disputes, and property tax abatement law. He has extensive civil (bench and jury) trial experience, and he has participated in countless arbitration/mediation matters.

In addition, he is a member of the New Hampshire Bar, past President of the Nashua Bar, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the New Hampshire and American Association for Justice. In 2013, Jack received the Nashua Bar Association’s Humanitarian Award. He also served over the years on multiple New Hampshire Bar Association and New Hampshire Association for Justice committees.

Jack received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University and his J.D. degree from Western New England University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the law review. After graduation, Jack served as law clerk to the late Hon. Robert W. Larrow, Associate Justice, Vermont Supreme Court, from 1979 – 1980. Attorney White is admitted in Vermont (inactive) and in New Hampshire state and federal courts.

Outside of practicing law, Jack has managed/coached various baseball programs locally for over three decades. He previously coached the Hollis/Brookline High School Junior Varsity, Varsity, and the Senior Babe Ruth baseball teams. Jack enjoys flying and is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot. As a former high school and college downhill ski racer, Jack loves New Hampshire for its great skiing.
