Courtney joined the firm in 2013. She has more than 18 years’ experience as attorney, practicing in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She represents clients in real estate, corporate matters, contracts, estate administration, guardianship, and family law. Courtney began her career as a law clerk and then as an attorney at a small firm in Boston. She then practiced with a large New Hampshire law firm for five years before joining Welts, White & Fontaine. With her extensive experience in family law and as a former Guardian ad Litem, she has a unique ability to identify clients’ needs and anticipate issues before they arise. She has a background in economics and finance and is currently pursuing a certification in employee benefits.
Courtney is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Family Law Section. She sits on the Board of The Youth Council of Nashua.
Courtney graduated in 1996 from Rutgers University, magna cum laude, with a degree in economics. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2001.
Courtney is a New Hampshire native, born and raised in Amherst.
