Welts, White & Fontaine, PC attorney Israel Piedra has been named pro bono counsel to the New Hampshire Library Trustees Association (NHLTA), the group announced in its Winter 2016-17 newsletter.

The NHLTA is an independent nonprofit organization founded in 1957. Its mission is to assist New Hampshire’s local library boards of trustees in a variety of matters, including governance, finance, and technology.

Attorney Piedra will provide general legal counsel as requested by the NHLTA Board of Directors. He focuses his legal practice on all areas of civil litigation, including appeals.
