Like all of you, we are adjusting to the rapid progression of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our daily lives. Welts, White & Fontaine, PC remains open for business and committed to serving our clients without interruption.

However, we are also cognizant of the role each of us must play to combat the spread of this virus and safeguard the health of ourselves, our clients, and our communities. To that end, we are implementing protocols to observe CDC safety guidelines and practice social distancing. Our physical office remains open; however, most of our attorneys and staff will continue their work remotely. For the time being, we will conduct most meetings, conferences, and consultations telephonically or virtually. We encourage clients to transmit documents and other materials digitally whenever possible.

Be assured that our service to our clients will continue uninterrupted. Our attorneys are available at your convenience via e-mail or telephone, and we have robust systems in place to allow full access to our physical and virtual files.
