Attorney Michael J. Fontaine, a director and shareholder of Welts, White, and Fontaine, serves on the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Committee on Cooperation with the Courts and was recently named as the Committee’s liaison to both the Family Law and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the N.H. Bar.
As a liaison, Attorney Fontaine’s role is to facilitate communication and cooperation between legal practitioners and the courts. Both attorneys and judges serve on the Committee on Cooperation with the Courts.
Attorney Fontaine focuses his practice in the areas of divorce and family law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and contract and collection disputes.
