Mediation and Arbitration are informal procedures for resolving disputes without a judge or a jury and are becoming widely recognized for their success rates and money savings. While many disputes are mediated or go through arbitration after a lawsuit has been filed, private mediations before court proceedings are initiated are also available and can be just as valuable.

He has mediated hundreds of cases in the Civil and Small Claim Divisions of the Circuit Courts and Rule 32 mediations for Superior Court cases.
